Hello, I’m Deepika!

I started my baking journey in Udupi

Where I operated a small home bakery. While I loved baking, I always felt my cakes lacked the finishing touch and unique flavors that could set them apart. To refine my skills, I enrolled in Redolence Bakery’s GCCM, Art & Science of Cookies, and Art & Science of Breads courses. I threw myself into mastering everything again – from sponges to icings and crafting homemade fillings.

When I relocated to Ghaziabad, it offered a fresh start in a new market. This move was my opportunity to leverage everything I had learned, including the business strategies from Business Related courses at Redolence Bakery. I put these strategies into practice by setting up successful stalls and crafting a comprehensive business approach that has truly set Sugarfix by D apart. Today, my bakery is renowned for its premium flavors and exceptional finishes.
